A Studio City home belonging to the parents of music producer Benny Blanco was the scene of a late-night break-in Monday, prompting a police search for at least two suspects, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. in the 4100 block of Shadyglade Avenue, just north of Ventura Boulevard. Officers responded to what was classified as a hot prowl burglary—a situation where intruders enter a home while someone is inside.

According to police, an unidentified woman was in the house at the time and quickly hid in an upstairs room after hearing the suspects force their way inside. The intruders fled once they realized someone was present, leaving behind broken glass but causing no reported injuries.

At this time, police have not confirmed whether any property was taken during the attempted burglary.

Property records indicate the residence belongs to the parents of Benny Blanco, whose real name is Benjamin Levin. The acclaimed producer, who recently married singer and actress Selena Gomez, has not publicly commented on the incident.

LAPD investigators are continuing to review evidence and search for the suspects as the case remains active.
