MY STORY

I am Carol Salvatierra, a former police sergeant and veteran dog lover. I have been in law enforcement for more than 26 years, but have owned dogs for as long as I can remember. Dogs give us unconditional love, and those of us who love them back can’t imagine living without them. Unfortunately, U.S. dog thefts force 2 million people each year to do just that.
