A frightening home invasion shook Los Angeles’ Westside Tuesday night when a woman in Beverlywood was forced to hide in her bedroom and call 911 as intruders broke into her home.
According to reports, the break-in occurred around 11:15 p.m. on Bolton Road. The suspects allegedly entered the residence by shattering a glass door. The woman, startled by the noise, quickly retreated to a bedroom, locked the door, and contacted authorities for help.
By the time police arrived, the suspects had already fled. No injuries were reported, and the extent of any property damage or loss has not yet been disclosed.
Neighbors say this incident follows another burglary that took place just days earlier on the same street, raising growing concerns about rising crime in the area. “It’s unsettling,” one resident told reporters. “Everyone’s on edge right now.”
Authorities are reviewing security footage and asking for any witnesses or video evidence that may assist in the investigation. As of now, police have not released suspect descriptions, and reports that the targeted home may belong to a social media influencer remain unconfirmed.
The Beverlywood community—a quiet, upscale neighborhood known for its family-friendly streets and proximity to Beverly Hills—has recently seen an uptick in break-ins, prompting heightened awareness among residents.
