Masked Suspects Threaten Neighbor During Culver City Home Burglary

Culver City police are investigating a frightening residential burglary that occurred Sunday afternoon, leaving one neighbor shaken after being confronted by an armed suspect.

The incident took place just before 2 p.m. on October 12 in the 4100 block of Minerva Avenue. According to the Culver City Police Department, four male suspects wearing ski masks forced entry into a home, ransacked the property, and fled in a waiting vehicle.

A nearby resident, noticing suspicious activity, approached the suspects as they exited the home. One of the individuals reportedly brandished a firearm, threatening the neighbor before the group escaped. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Responding officers quickly established a perimeter and conducted an extensive search of the area, but the suspects were not located. Forensic teams gathered evidence at the scene while detectives canvassed the neighborhood for witnesses and surveillance footage.
