Rapper Kid Ink returned to his Los Angeles home last week to find it had been burglarized.
Upon coming home, he found pieces of luggage in his backyard, which he did not place there, according to TMZ.
After checking the rest of the house, the Show Me rapper found that approximately $200,000 worth of items had been stolen from the residence.
Among the items that were stolen were a variety of purses and jewelry he had at his home.
According to law enforcement sources, there were no signs of forced entry and the burglars were able to access the home through the unlocked back door. It is unclear if the burglary at Kid Ink’s home is related to a rash of burglaries at celebrity homes throughout Los Angeles over the past few years.
Celebs such as Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Chief Keef, Christina Milian and pro baseball player Yasiel Puig had their homes broken into in a spate of suspicious burglaries.
While arrests have been made in some of the robberies, celebrity homes are still being targeted by thieves.
Police are investigating the burglary at Kid Ink’s residence but the LAPD would not comment on the investigation and Ink hasn’t discussed the burglary on social media.
